I'll pair it with the shortcake 🍰 that T.KISO recommended. By the way, it's from Fujiya ❗️
The sweetness is taken away by the cake, the bitterness disappears, and the sourness is more apparent 😎.
Oh wow, it turned out to be quite sharp 🧐.
Next I will try the cheesecake 🧀 which was not recommended. Of course, it's a Fujii: ‼️
I think it has a slight alcohol taste 🙄... but it's stronger and more acidic and has more impact 👊.
This packs too much of a punch 😱.
Pairing is difficult 😓.
