I finally got to drink the Jun Dai Nama sake from Kamiike that TOMO-san drank in Himeji last year.
It is a pure sake version of the sake we brought to last year's year-end party.
The rice is Hyogo Sake85.
No gassiness.
Even more gorgeous and fruity with sweet flavor than last year's fire-aged version. The balance between sweet and tasty is just right without being overpowering. I think this may be my favorite Kamosho sake I've had so far.
I may not like the sweetness when the temperature rises 🤔.
