I forgot to review last year's sake even though this year's hanpukai has already arrived💦.
First time for Kurosawa!
It's a bit gassy, but no gassiness, probably because it's fire-brewed and blended!
The sweetness of the rice gives it a clean bitterness that is refreshing and clean 👍.
