The first bottle after returning home for the New Year's holiday.
I bought it at "Morinoya Sake Shop" in front of the station when I returned in the fall.
I was wondering if I would like the finish since it is unfiltered, but it is easy to drink with a level of intensity and flavor that is not too assertive behind the clean sweetness 💕.
Personally, I like sweetness with more acidity, but this is an easy to drink bottle.
