We arrived before the start time of the year-end party, so we went to the first meeting at Japanese sake bar MUN in Higashi-Hakaraku.
About 20 kinds of sake, expensive but the master was very friendly ✨.
We will have "Tsukiyoshino" which I was curious about at Sake no Wa.
I don't know the aroma. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, strong sweetness, and a beautiful and robust umami flavor. It finishes with a dry acidity. It is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.

I've never had tsukiyoshino, but I've only seen the sake watte, but it looks delicious, sweet and tasty, with a good balance of flavor and no cloying taste 🤤.

It's fun to stop by and have a drink at a restaurant you don't usually go to because you have a little time 😁Tsukiyoshino's was just as sweet and delicious as I had imagined 🥰 but the aftertaste was so clean you'd think it was dry.
