Purchased at a liquor store.
It has been a long time since I returned to my parents' home in Osaka, so I haven't had Osaka sake for a long time.
Rarity is normal.
Cold sake.
Beautiful and gentle aroma.
At the beginning, it tasted fresh like a summer sake, but as you drink it, it gradually becomes more brawny. There is no acidity and a bit of bitterness.
Slightly dry with good sharpness. The aftertaste is normal.
We had it with okonomiyaki and did not get tired of drinking it. It goes well with dishes with strong flavors.
There are only a few sake breweries in Osaka, including Akizuka, in the Kansai area, but I have the impression that many of them are suitable for sake connoisseurs because of their classic style and very robust flavor.
