Until now, when I drank a sake that I liked, I would compare the same series of sake.
Recently, I joined Sake-no-wa and after reading your posts, I decided that I would like to try a variety of sakes and conquer Japan.
The first sake I tried was from Fukushima prefecture.
I chose 寫楽, which is a very tasty sake that makes good use of Omachi.
I'm still looking forward to the many other sakes that Japan has to offer.
