I was feeling a little tired after the holiday weekend, so I decided to take a day off from drinking. I was going to take a rest day, but when I saw the success of Tsutsuka of the Bay Stars (⚾️), I decided I had to have a drink! I opened a bottle.
It was my first bottle of Shichida. The rice seems to be Dewa Sanzu. The aroma is clean and sweet. When you sip it, it has a sweet and sour taste, and in the latter half, the umami and spiciness slowly spread.
With an alcohol content of 14 degrees, it is a perfect summer sake. I learned that it is delicious with fried horse mackerel, so I paired it with fried horse mackerel, and the sweet and sour taste stands out and is delicious 🤤It would go well with fried foods such as hot fried octopus and fried shrimp. Delicious✨
