Today skiing ⛷️ due to fatigue...? LOL! The direct sales limited that I had gotten last week...I just had to open it 🤭. This is the limited edition Jun Dai-Seme from the direct sales shop. The process of squeezing sake includes "arabashiri," "chukumi," and "hitame," but there is no strict classification of the three, and each sake brewery may have its own classification. But that may differ from brewery to brewery. It's delicious even before you drink it.... The aroma, the umami, the sweetness, the sharpness of the aftertaste...well...Kamo Kinshu never disappoints 😍 The fruity aroma 🍎, the piquancy that only Kamo Kinshu can give you...and the sharpness that doesn't interfere with the slight bitterness in the aftertaste.... Delicious ......🥰 I'm not patronizing it because it's local, it's just delicious 😅. When you come to the island, please patronize this Kamogane... 🤭. Second day 🗒️ Even more delicious... 🤩. Hi Jay & Nobby 😃 Thank you for your comments 😊I personally recommend the "Special Junmai Green Label" which is a regular sake for all year round 👌The taste change from the first day to the second day is also quite good 😁.
