For various reasons, I drank the rest of the bottle after the bottle had been opened for quite a few days.
Surprisingly, the sapidity has not decreased. It has a feeling that the umami and acidity spread more clearly and softly than the prototype. It is delicious and has a nice sharpness through the throat.
Both were delicious, but I thought I liked the 2nd better after some time had passed.
