Recently, I was watching a TV drama "Quartet" on Amapura, where the four of them were having yudofu.
I'm the type of person who is easily influenced, so I immediately made yudofu for dinner at home too 🥵.

This Abegan has a slight sweetness and a beautiful acidity that comes through quickly. I found out that it is inspired by the fruit "Sumomo" (Prunus persica var. densa). It is not as sweet or juicy as a peach, but it is gently sweet and gently sour.
