The sweetness of the rice? It's fresh with a bit of acidity.
Fresh with a bit of sourness✨.
It's 18%, but it's smooth.
But it also has a solid feel to it

It seems that Ina Shokuhin Kogyo of Kanten Papa has taken over the business.
I visited Ina Foods a few years ago and got the impression that it was a very nice company. The management and employees were great, but there was something about the atmosphere of the company that was great!
I would like to support them in my feelings!
