Taken back from Aizu the other day
I never thought I would come across such a thing in Aizu, where I went on a whim.
So, here is my first issue of Izumigawa!
The aroma on the top is a ginjo aroma with a strong alcohol taste.
The mouthfeel has a light gaseous feeling, followed by a sharp sweet acidity, and a sharp sour bitterness from the sake-like aftertaste.
I see what Sashiu-san said. No, it's delicious!
If I were to use an analogy, it would be like a variety show with a bunch of comedians. Each one of them is like a comedian who is always coming to the front with his or her own style.
After a few days, it's a little rounded off, but inevitably there are guys like Panther Ogata.
Newfound unbalanced deliciousness. But there's a tail-like quality that inevitably accompanies it.
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! It's not too big, it's just too small! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Colonel Lal Good evening (^o^), you have drunk. It is just like a gaya geisha (laugh). Each of them seems to be asserting itself, and it may be a new balance. I have become addicted to this gaya (laugh).

Good evening, Sashu 😁.
I read your post before drinking and wondered what it was like.
Maybe it's because I've been drinking a lot of neatly put together drinks lately 🤘.
