Junmai Daiginjo-shu 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 16%. On the third day of our trip to Shikoku, we moved from Takamatsu to Naruto in Tokushima. Today's plan was to visit Naruto Uzushio and the Otsuka Museum of Art. However, due to bad weather conditions, the Uzushio sightseeing boat was cancelled 😭 We spent the rest of the day at the Otsuka Museum of Art, where we enjoyed the many masterpieces and paintings that were transferred and burned onto ceramic boards. However, there was no time to enjoy sake, so I bought some Tokushima sake as a souvenir for myself and drank it at home...so I opened the bottle at home. The aroma is only faintly perceptible, but in the mouth it has a slightly fruity flavor, and I think it is a slightly dry sake with a slight bitterness. This Yoshimizu is finally the second sake from Tokushima Prefecture (second brewery). Unfortunately, there are few opportunities to encounter sake from Ehime, Kagawa, and Tokushima prefectures at izakaya in Chigasaki (^◇^;)💦. The additional image is a Vermeer's ceramic board baked reproduction at the Otsuka Museum of Art. Tokushima Airport: 20230705 purchased, 0707 photographed, 0710 opened

Pon-chan, thank you for your comment 😊Kinpiragu Shrine is very atmospheric and a physical challenge, and there are also some popular chicken restaurants around Takamatsu Station. The Otsuka Museum of Art is a 3-hour tour if you take your time, and the seafood bowls at the museum's restaurant are delicious 🤗.
