Sake Mirai by Musical Instrument Masamune. This is probably the first time we have used Sake Mirai 🎉.
The aroma of grapes fills the mouth and after the soft sweetness, it gradually changes to a young melon as a moderate acidity and bitterness appear. As the temperature rises, the umami bitterness increases even more 🎉.
At 15 degrees Celsius, it is easy to drink and the sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are well balanced and harmonized.
This sake future label also does not betray expectations 😆.
