The second one I got on my recent visit to Ueda.
When I heard that dinner was oden
My child asked me if I had any sake.
he said.
I'll open it.
Kinmon-Nishiki 55% polished, 15% alcohol by volume
The sound of the bottle being opened is the sound of a bubbling sound in mp.
As soon as it is opened, the bottle opens up with a delicious aroma of honey apples!
Microbubbles 🫧 in the glass though it is fire-aged
It's still delicious when you drink it 😆.
Sweet but not too sweet.
It tastes like Kinmon-Nishiki.
Just the right balance.
Even the kids loved it!
If people who are not used to drinking it say it tastes good
I think it is really delicious.
I must go to Ueda again!
