Happy New Year!
At the end of November, I had a fever and my sense of taste became so strange that I thought I would never be able to drink again, but it is finally fixed now😄.
For some reason, only alcohol tasted bitter to me (even though everything else tasted good).
So I may not be able to record the taste correctly because I may not be at full strength yet, but for now, I'll just write it down based on my current taste.
I drink this sake at the end of the year these days.
I drink it with gratitude for the past year.

The aroma is not that strong (by the way, it seems that most of the sense of taste is olfactory. So my sense of smell was also ruined).
It has a pleasant sweetness on the palate.
The aftertaste is bitter.
Hmmm, I feel this is not yet perfect.
It must be a sweeter sake!
Because it's Kangiku.
I can't wait to get back to my original taste buds.
