Following on from the last time, I opened the Koei Kiku😄😄The aroma is mildly citrusy 🤔It starts with sourness and spreads to a moderate sweetness. No gassiness, almost no bitterness, and a sweet, sour, fresh taste. It goes down as smoothly as a juice. It is a true acid burst 💥💥💥😳My wife, who is not much of a sake drinker, said it was like plum wine. I see 🧐It is indeed convincing👍Kabocha pumpkin simmered with bitter gourd, dried horse mackerel, and cucumber with chikuwa fat.
