We are returning to Kumamoto - Mie by 🚙, but stopping in Kagawa and Tokushima at the request of my wife.
Today we visited Kompira-san (⛩️).
The stone steps were hard for a middle-aged man who lacks exercise 🥵.
We arrived late, so the storehouse at the entrance was closed, but we bought this at a liquor store on the approach.
Kinryo Setouchi Olive Junmai Ginjo
It is said to be made with olive yeast, but... I don't know about olives 🤣.
Not much sweetness, spiciness from sourness.
Quite a refreshing sake
I haven't uploaded any sake from Kagawa, so I'll have to keep a record of it!
