The aroma is not so strong, but there are some alcohol and a sense of ear of rice. When you put it in your mouth, it has a unique sourness and sweetness of rice with a clean aftertaste. There is also a moderate bitterness at the end. A unique taste different from the usual Tenmei. ☺️
Served with stewed chicken wings and daikon radish. The flavor of this sake becomes more intense and crisp when combined with chicken and seasoned daikon radish, but it is not a bad pairing.
