bouken
Bought this after tasting it at Daimaru. Is it my imagination that the pattern of the label looks like something🤔?
It has a density that reminds me of doburoku. The taste is refined and clean for a nigorizake. Good balance of sweet and spicy. A little citrus. There is also a good taste of rice. I think the sweetness increases a few days after opening.
I think 1980 yen is cheap for using a centrifugal separator and milling 50% of the rice.

It seems that Mt. Akagi is the only place in Gunma where centrifuges are installed.

Good evening, bouken!
I was wondering about this drink!
I'm totally aware of the main character of that one 😁.
The mountain where you live? The mountain where he was trained? I can't help it.
I can't stop thinking about it! But probably not.

Good morning, Kanon. 🌅
It stood out in the shop!
I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but I'm sure it's a good idea 😁.
