This is the February 2022 Muso.
I've been drinking Muso for a while now, and I've come full circle.
Each season is unique.
All of them are good!
The label design is very cool and dignified.
Fruity aroma
Clear, translucent, and crisp.
Fresh and gassy.
The bitterness is clean and crisp.
The palate is light, crisp, and dry.
After a little while, the sweetness and acidity become more apparent.
The balance of the umami becomes better.
Sweet and sour, spicy and delicious.
I can't wait to try it.
