The cute label looked good for New Year's 🤗.
The fruity and sweet aroma reminded me of muscat and apple, with the characteristic aroma of wild flowers and grasses hidden in it... It tasted similar to a sake brewed with low-gluten rice.
It tastes more like junmai sake, and the bitterness of the aftertaste went well with Matsumaezuke pickles and simmered dishes.
For Hatsumode (New Year's visit) ⛩️, we went to Shirasagi-jinja Shrine, which enshrines "Yamatotakeru no Mikoto" who traveled all over Japan to make the country peaceful and prosperous. 🙏🏻
In the precincts of the shrine, we were overwhelmed by a 4m x 8m large ema (votive tablet) that makes wishes come true and a 12.2m bronze sword of peace that is said to cut off bad luck and bring good fortune.

Happy new year, Kotori🎍🐣🎍.
I heard that Hanasayaka contains a protein that is hard to break down, so its amino acid value will be low.
It's a new variety so the production is still low and only a few breweries are using it 🤔.

I don't know anything difficult, but your explanation is easy to understand and it makes sense 😌 I look forward to seeing what kind of flavors Hana Sayaka will come up with for each brand in the future.
