Not the taste, but the satisfaction. It's absurd for an amateur, just before I became an alcoholic, to say that the taste is superior or inferior. And it's a wild thing to do. The process of getting the sake, the snacks that are usually available at home, and the satisfaction that can be obtained by drinking the sake with them without any pretense.
