Lately, my daughters have been joining the couple's late night drinking sessions for snacks. I've started preparing a little more snacks 😅I'm actually a little happy 😆.
Now, I drink it for the first time after changing from Fukuda to Fukkai. I feel like it's changing from a refreshing type to a juicy type. It's good to stick to the same taste, and it's also good to change!
The minerality and sizzling acidity that reminds me of the ocean gently stimulates my tongue. The aftertaste is a bit bothersome, but it is also unique and deliciously enjoyable.
Sake from the Kyushu group is easy to get, so I want to follow them as much as possible 😆.
