Nana-man (woman) At first impression, it had a peachy aroma. Soft and refreshing but not too spicy, with a slight numbness that makes you want to put it in your mouth again. Liked. Or rather, I guess for the reasons mentioned below. It is a summer sake sold in July, so it is called Nanaroman. But in recent years, it has been hot from June, so it is sold in June. It is like a fashion magazine. I bought it at a convenience store in Minamiaizu (Hanazono Sake Brewery has a tremendous selection). At the sake brewery, I bought a T-shirt. Until now, I had an image of Loman and Hanaizumi as flashy sake sold in urban areas. However, after visiting the brewery and talking with the brewer, I got the impression that they are making honest sake rooted in the local community in the deep mountains of Minamiaizu. I deeply regret my prejudice. The brewery does not sell sake, but they do sell goods. I was given a sticker with the same glittering material as the label as a free gift (Photo 4). If you want one, go to Minamiaizu.

Hello. Thank you for drinking sake from my hometown, Minamiaizu Town! I see that you also visited us. Next time you visit us again, please come to Kobayashi Sake Shop. We have a full lineup of Minamiaizu sake. By the way, a classmate of mine runs the business.

Dear nabe Thank you for the information. You must be a local. Sake no Wa is very interesting. I passed by the Kobayashi Sake Shop without noticing it! I will revisit there someday. I heard there is an event on 6/21, but it is Friday....
