We received tuna from the Genkainada Sea, so we opened a bottle of new sake that we had purchased on our recent trip to Saga. It was refreshing, yet the fat from the tuna flowed through it and was delicious.
Tenzan Sake Brewery is located on the other side of the river, a little further up the mountain after exiting the highway. It was a great location and the employees were so friendly that we ended up buying four bottles of sake instead of the three we had intended. I bought 4 bottles of sake instead of 3.
The rest is for heating sake. I am looking forward to it.
