Mellow sweet taste
I thought it would be a crispy type because it's a honjozo, but it has a strong rice flavor and a light sweet aftertaste that I like more than the standard.
I put the mackerel and chirimen (dried fish) that I bought as a souvenir on slices of fresh onion 😋.
A photo taken on the ferry between Ushibuka (Kumamoto) and Kuranomoto (Kagoshima) 🙈A ride makes me want to drink 😋!
