On the way back from the Hakata Island Triathlon in September
I got off the highway in Osaka just to stop at a liquor store.
I bought a bottle at Hata Sake Shop in Ibaraki City.
It is brewed by Kitayasu Brewery in Omachi, Nagano.
I guess Kitayasu Okuni is the major one 🤔.
But I recommend the local brand "Iizura" ✨.
Iyazuri is a slightly colorful liquid.
Sourness typical of Yamahai. It's dry, which is hard to believe for a sake degree of -3.
It's the type of sake that will flourish when warmed up.
→We had it hot.
The taste of Yamahai can be clearly felt.
This is delicious!
Especially at the beginning of the new sake season.
Especially when compared to the freshness of the new sake season.
I can feel the Yamahai in this one ✨.
