I didn't know much about this brand, but when I looked it up, I found out that it's a limited distribution series by Takachiyo Sake Brewery.
I couldn't read the "皚" 💦, but I was told it's "Shiro" 🤣.
The mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing.
It was freshly corked so there was a slight carbonation and it was delicious 😋.
