The aroma is a gentle ginjo aroma ☺️ and the initial attack is a very strong sake, with a schwapiri feeling, followed by a matte, dark sweetness and a dark bitterness that rushes in with a thud ‼️
I'm not sure what will happen next year, so we're talking about increasing the number of sake dinners with autumn swordfish 🫡 this year: 🙇♂️
