Modern Namaishige Hashiroshi, which is not a classic in name only.
The top aroma is refreshing with ginjo aroma and acidity 🍎.
It has a strong sense of gas while being fire-aged. It is almost no bitterness, just a delicious acidity. The alcohol is a little low at 14 degrees, which also makes it light and easy to drink. 😋😋😋😋
The sweetness and spiciness are slightly dry.
I have been curious about this sake since I read a comment on Sake-no-wa: "Even if I can only drink this for the rest of my life, it's okay. When I think of Sentori, I tend to pick up seasonal sake, but it's so perfect 🍶👍.
What should I do now that I have more sake options!
