I have had several opportunities to come across Banjo Kotobuki in the past, but it seems that there are different sakes from the Fukushima and Yamagata Nagai breweries listed!
This one has the words Namie-machi, Fukushima.
It was a nice and delicious sake 🍶.

The "cosmos", the symbolic flower of Namie-cho, is grown in the town and the yeast (Namie cosmos yeast) is isolated from it and made into sake. This junmai ginjo is brewed with rice, water, and yeast all produced in Namie Town.
