Somehow, I feel like my fridge is the most crowded from February to March every year, and yet the sake I want is released every weekend, and I can't stand the patience anymore! So I was in the mood for beer today, but we are having shabu-shabu for dinner, and Yoshidagurau is perfect! The aroma is slightly citrusy. Aroma is slightly citrusy, with a firm aroma of rice after a while. The gasiness is a bit gaseous. Sweetness and acidity are both refreshing. I expected the sourness to be followed by a twang, but it quickly turns into umami. The umami flavor continues in the latter half of the bottle. This is the best food sake. Although it has only just been opened, it is richer than the usual Yoshida Kurau, which is a new discovery for me. It's evolving so much. I will have to follow it in the future.
