This is the sixth kind of Zaku I've made!
We got the 2021 Aizan!
I also left some 2021 Yamadanishiki behind, but it's sweeter and less boozy than this! It's delicious!
Yamada-Nishiki is the drier of the two, so if you like dry sake, go for Yamada-Nishiki! For women, I think Aizan is better!
It's really delicious in every way!
