I got a bottle of Genmai, Ginjo and tasted it with my brother-in-law.
The liquor store owner told us that this was the origin of the sake. He said that this is the essence of a brewer who is good at making sake with alcohol. It is truly a food sake type. The breadth of flavor is certainly a characteristic of this brand. It is a well-balanced type.
Maybe a more unique raw type would be better.
It's just my personal preference ð.
