Today, we had leftover meat from yesterday's dinner, so we had this Ichibakusuisei, which I think is the closest to dry sake in our family of sweet and umami sake lovers 😇.
As expected, it is a little dry for our family, who like sweet and umami, but I think it is umami for other people 😀.
The sake was as good as the Saga beef, which was full of flavor 😀.

I usually pair my meat with sparkling wine, but sometimes I pair it with a strong umami sake 😀.
Either way, umami sake goes with everything😇.
