I was torn between the timely Risshun Asa Shibori and this one, but I decided to go with this one because I was afraid I would miss the timing to open it.
I finally bought it, takeshon-san 😭
I've heard good things about it, but I finally bought it. It has a full-bodied flavor with a slight smokiness. Just the right amount of sweetness. I wonder if the unique flavor comes from the yeast? This is the best Isobeki I've ever had!
I don't think it will be coming to Kansai for a while, so I wonder if I can buy the limited edition one in March. I can only hope for one chance to get it in stock at a liquor store in Kobe.
