I stopped by my usual liquor store and they have Sogapert? Never seen that name before. Thank you very much. I heard it's a new one this year.

It is also delicious. Sogapale is a great sake. It is a sibling of Sake Erotic. The sweetness and aroma are less than that of Erotic, but the umami is more pronounced. It is so delicious that I am scared.
This is a sake to be enjoyed on its own. Definitely better than the famous Daiginjos.
It soaks into the body and has a sharp aftertaste, but it also has a lingering aftertaste.
I scored it 93 points on my own.
