A refreshing alcoholic odor with a molasses-like sweetness.
The molasses and caramel-like flavor is stronger in the mouth than the first. However, the perfect amount of alcohol keeps it in a good aftertaste.
As it warms up, you can smell the fragrant aroma of rice. I like the second one better when it is warmed. I like the second one better when it's warmed, and the cold and warmed versions are completely different.
With the specs undisclosed, I'm not sure what the difference between 1 and 2 is, but I like the elegant sweetness and rice flavor I'm looking for in a Hinode original, and I liked the 2 one better, which had more personality. Maybe it's the difference in the rice?
