This is Miyako Bijin, a sake from Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture.
This brewery was the subject of a popular TV show, "Detective Night Scoop," and we had a glass of their ogara-mi.
It is a fruity and robust sake.
It is also delicious on its own. 🙆♂️
