Kawanakajima Genbu純米吟醸 無濾過生原酒

It has been a long time since I have been to Kawanakajima Genmai 🍶.
When I asked the master about the word "aged" on the menu, he told me that it was written as a warning because of the aged aroma.
The top aroma has a slight matured aroma.
It has a sweet aroma that is one step short of caramel.
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and delicious like Genmai, and there is no problem with the taste.
According to the master, the brewery has always had a tendency to produce aged aroma when the temperature is high (manufactured in August 2024).
It may be a characteristic of the brewery 🤔.
It was delicious ✨

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo.
There was a Genmai I bought before that I was curious about the aged aroma, but that was the circumstance 😳.

Good evening, bouken!
I heard that the current Toji's father has modernized the facilities of the brewery, but I wonder what is the cause? 🤔
