The first Sengoku Kabutomushi in 3 years!
This is my first post since I started Sake-no-wa.
I think this is probably the hardest to find seasonal sake from Sengoku...
After opening the bottle, the smell is fresh and citrusy with a hint of lime 😍 On the palate, that's it! Slightly different from the impression I had when I drank it before🤔I think it was a bit more refreshing, but there is a sense of assertiveness! Simply put, it's an adult lemon squash, but the sourness of Senkou is still there, as well as the yogurt flavor!
When you let it air in your mouth, the fluffy grape (Delaware) type aroma blossoms 🤔.
The aftertaste is light and crisp!
Anyway, it is light, pale, and fresh like a fine white wine, making it a perfect summer sake 😍.
Please roll it around in your mouth and let it get some air! It changes so much!

In Utsunomiya it's probably easier to find beetles in liquor stores than in the wild 😁 but they are quintessentially delicious 😋 sorry about the label collection 😅.
