Takayama Hashigozake, we also ordered Hida Torabugu no Tessa, the same signature dish as the tempura at Juten, for 1,800 yen for two people, which was as cosy as the tempura ✨. Next, we ordered another local sake from Takayama, Shiromayumi Ginjo-zukuri Nama 🍶. Fruity aroma, soft mouthfeel, and gentle flavor! It was delicious! After this, we went to a teppanyaki restaurant in Dekonaru Yokocho and a bar at the end of the day, and actually went to a craft beer shop in front of Hongo, so in total we hit 5 restaurants 😊. It was a very satisfying night, but when I went to the liquor store to buy some sake before heading home the next day, I couldn't find the sake I was looking for anywhere, so I felt a little indigestion in this area! I thought I could buy Shinshu sake since it is connected to Matsumoto, Shinshu by the Awa Pass, but I was naive😅.

Good morning, Mr. Noodle and Sake King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. Except for [Hongo] and [Juten] to make up the turnover, I only drank and ate about one drink per dish, but Takayama city with its outside drinking culture is full of unique restaurants that are very interesting 😁.
