It's been a while since I've had a Saturday off, so my wife and I are having dinner. The aroma is fresh and fruity. The aroma is somewhat fruity like melon, and the color is pleasant.
It has a soft sweetness and umami taste that I like. I have a colleague at work who is addicted to Koryu, and I think I understand why.
