It's not "Itami Laomatsu" but "Shiso Laomatsu". I bought it at Yamato Yasiki in Kakogawa, Japan, the same as the crane in the sky. It is made of Hyogo Yume Nishiki. It has almost no aroma. The aroma is almost non-filtered. Hmmm.... Maybe next time I'll try it at room temperature.

I feel like Itami Laomatsu is more famous, but Itami doesn't brew itself...

Is it really unfiltered raw sake? The taste is so thin. Even the light and dry sake has a sweetness to it, but this one has none.

I'd have to drink it first because it seems so thin after other drinks...

The first drink seems to be sour and slightly sweet.
