The first bottle is a Junmai Nigori Hatsushibori Nama from Miyazumi, another brand of Collage ✨ We had it a year ago and we had to have it again this year 🍶.
I remember from last year that it was a very active nigori sake and I was afraid that the stopper would pop, so I hung a towel over it and was afraid, but when I took the clasp off, sure enough it popped 💣💥 but I was safe with the towel guard 😅 Then gas and lees came up inside the bottle and it was like powder snow was dancing on the top clear 🌨 and suddenly I was able to enjoy the atmosphere. I enjoyed the atmosphere. ☺️
Usually, I drink the supernatant before the lees are entangled, but this time, it started with a so-so mix, but there was still a lot of lees settled at the bottom of the bottle, so it wasn't thin, but it was a light cloudiness.
The aroma is slightly greenish with a hint of cucumber. The taste is a dry, gassy cider with a sweet melon flavor.
