御前酒純米生原酒 菩提酛にごり酒
ばんばんぶー
First comes sweetness + rice flavor, then melon + pineapple-like ginjo aroma, then acidity, then bitterness, with the initial sweetness lingering for a long time.
The body is quite heavy, probably because it is Omachi.
The bodai yeast seems to be made from a "bodai-hashiro" (a type of yeast used for sake brewing), but the taste is very modern.
I would like it a lot if the lingering finish were a little more sharp.
