disry
Two months after I gratefully drank what I thought was the last soga of the year, we met again early.
Although I drank Riasake Naturel once this year, I could hardly taste it because I took it to my friend's house, so I tried again this time.
When you take a sip, the aroma is not like sake anymore. Dried grapes, nuts, figs. It's not just fruity, but has a sense of maturity.
The sweetness comes first, followed by the sourness with some gas. The sweetness is stronger than the sourness, but the balance with the sourness is good, so it is pleasant.
The aftertaste changes from sourness to bitterness and stimulates the throat. You will not get bored until the end. At the end of drinking, some sweetness remains on the tongue.
I have not been able to drink all of them this year, but I have the impression that it is similar to the Doe, with more bitterness added.
This is the end of my stock of Soga, but I hope to come across it again.
