The hot days of summer are still continuing, but Hiyaoroshi has already been released.
It's the ultimate shokunoshu, and while it has the graininess that Hiyaoroshi is known for, it goes well with meals, and was very tasty with the horse sashimi.
We used to drink Hiyaoroshi as it is, but this time we drank it with Atago no matsu as a shokunshu.
